Are You Ready to Revolutionize Cloud Incident Response?

Mitiga is building its sales Engineering function and is looking for an experienced and creative Senior Sales Engineer to join our team. The right candidate will develop a deep technical and functional understanding of both product capabilities and customer needs to act as an advisor and advocate throughout the sales process.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) engagements on sales opportunities. This includes scoping the appropriate use cases in agreement with customer, set up and configuration of demo environment, and final review of established objectives
  • Support/mentor junior SE team in complex demos, troubleshooting, and challenges found in customer environments
  • Act as an interface between the Sales organization and technical staff to resolve outstanding issues, engaging product management/engineering as required
  • Leverage client and SE feedback to provide meaningful details around our service and product offerings to the appropriate internal departments for improvements

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of professional experience in a sales engineering, focused on supporting sales to Enterprise accounts
  • You are knowledgeable and experienced with a wide variety of IT technologies and security solutions
  • You can independently prioritize and execute project tasks in a disciplined manner
  • You have a great ability to work with a sales counterpart to achieve booking targets
  • You have exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willing and able to travel (25%)

 It would be nice if you also had:

  • Hands-on technical understanding of incident response/computer forensics with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
