ZoomInfo helps businesses enhance their go-to-market by providing sales teams and marketing teams with up-to-date information about potential deals or potential prospects that will allow them to enhance their overall potential and accelerate their growth.

We provide all of our services to our customers via cloud hosting providers that we’re leveraging. Therefore, we are heavily dependent on those cloud hosting providers and the security of those cloud hosting providers.

When you engage with a SaaS or public cloud hosting provider, you need to deeply investigate their security controls in order to make sure that they comply with your internal needs and risks that are associated with running your business.

As a fourth time CISO and a practitioner of more than 20 years in cybersecurity, I learned that it’s not a matter of whether you’ll get breached, but more of a matter of when you’ll get breached.

Therefore, the impact of the attack will be determined by your breach readiness and your ability to respond to security threats and to the actual alert that is identified within your infrastructure.

When I joined ZoomInfo, I wanted to avoid such a case that there could be a persistent attacker on our infrastructure or on our overall ecosystem and I will not have the right level of visibility for that. Therefore, I defined a strategy and part of that strategy was to focus on breach readiness. And as part of that strategy, we engage with Mitiga.
