Mitiga is looking for an experienced and hands-on Director of Sales Operations to support Mitiga’s SAAS sales organization, lead the core metrics of the business, translate those into automated processes within the company CRM (Salesforce) and related tools, drive actionable insights and create real value for key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess the optimal experience and characteristics to initiate and translate high-level needs into an end-to-end process, manage employees, consultants and software, exhibit great analytical and people skills, and to drive the entire team and company forward, in a fast pace and hyper-growth environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage our leads, opportunities and accounts infrastructure, identify areas for improvement, and implement the necessary changes to continually monitor execution.  
  • Support forecasting processes for our SaaS offerings, including implementing SaaS industry best practices
  • Manage our existing tech stack and introduce new business applications to drive growth and efficiency in the business.  
  • Identify, recommend, and implement tools & process changes directly aligned to the goals and strategies of sales leadership  
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives that enhance applications and processes  
  • Ensure data integrity of the sales technology stack  
  • Manage support associates and prioritize cleansing, mining and updating of any/all data needed by the Sales team  
  • Establish SaaS KPIs, and design/perform tracking and reporting to those KPIs  
  • Analyze performance of team members & processes – recommend solutions or actions aligned to improvement  
  • Act as primary liaison to internal stake holders (Marketing, Finance, Services/Support), collaborating in a proactive manner to address significant challenges before they occur
  • Promote Sales Process, identify areas of improvement, drive adoption, assist in training/on-boarding of team members  
  • Continually search for further improvements to build a best-in-class business operations program

Who you are:    

  • You have 7-10 years' relevant experience in Sales Operations, primarily in a SaaS company
  • Extensively experienced in & other sales tech-stack tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Gong, etc)  
  • Knowledgeable in sales business processes including Forecasting, Quota Setting, Pipeline management  
  • You possess strong analytical skills & expertise in excel  
  • Able to manage multiple intense projects at the same time.  
  • A strong communicator and presenter and most importantly are a collaborative, team-oriented hands-on contributor


Location: US (Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred)
