The customer success director will play a critical role in driving customer success and ensuring the success of our business. What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of customer success managers in providing best-in-class customer support and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans for key accounts to ensure retention and growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer issues and drive resolution.
  • Identify customer trends, pain points, and opportunities to provide product feedback to the development team.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive customer adoption and expand the customer footprint.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement programs for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer data and provide insights to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Manage customer renewal and upsell process to increase revenue and customer lifetime value.

Who you are:

  • You have 7+ years of customer success experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience.
  • You are a born leader with great team management skills.
  • You are collaborative and have a cross-functional mindset
  • You have a skill for developing relationships with senior leaders and key partners, prioritizing and setting expectations as needed
  • Open and effective communicator  
  • You possess a keen eye for prioritizing while being flexible, adaptable, and open; unfazed by change
  • Cybersecurity technical and risk knowledge at a high level that enables clear communication with clients
  • You can effectively communicate platform features and product information
  • Experienced in project management / project leadership
  • Experienced in customer success our account management roles  
  • You have cybersecurity experience and in the cloud security industry is a plus.
