Mitiga is looking for a seasoned and creative Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team! Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and developing relationships with them. You will also act as a pioneer and develop scalable processes for any future additions to the team.  

To be successful in this role, you will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers. You will be persistent and also ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated, independent and results-driven, we’d like to meet you.  

What you’ll do:

  • Generate and qualify leads for sales opportunities and set up meetings for Account Executives
  • Perform outbound activities including: email, phone calls & social media
  • Follow up with attendees from event & webforms  
  • Build lists and map contacts for target customers for outbound activities
  • Introduce and build scalable processes for future additions to the team.  
  • Use tools like Outreach, Zoominfo, Salesforce and Sales Navigator to scale your outbound activities  

Who you are:

  • You have 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Representative, Lead Generation or have worked in a similar role.
  • You have experience from a cybersecurity company and familiarity with the players in this space.  
  • You have a hunter's mentality and confidence in meeting business goals and KPIs
  • You are hands on when it comes to outbound sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • You have familiarity with using social media (LinkedIn) to promote B2B  
  • You have a track record of achieving goals
  • You are enthusiastic about sales and cyber security.  

It would be nice if you also had...  

  • Experience leading a team or mentoring more junior staff or acting as a player/coach.
